skin help please

I just purchased the Fusion Brain V4. First, let me state that I'm new to the Fusion brain as well as the GUI. I've used the Ninja Kitty to get initially set up. When it asks me which template I want to use, default seems to be my only option at the moment? I've selected it, used it, and it works well but I'd like to add something like a vertical or horizontal thermometer that correlates to the different numerical analog inputs being displayed as well. Are there other templates to chose from? Are these templates what is referred to as a skin? Any info or tutorial to explain this further would be appreciated. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks a lot guys!

The templates are just for the wizard.

To make what you want you would either use a variable location image (to make a static image of a thermometer and a moving temperature bar), or a multi-image (to make just the thermometer show different insides depending on the temperature).

You make the images in any program, save to *.png, and import them into the graphic designer window on the page you want. Then tie them to a variable for temperature and voila.

That sounds easy enough. I drew a couple images in Microsoft paint and saved them as ground.PNG and boom.PNG but when I get into the Fusion Control Center graphical layout screen and try to open them up I get an "Invalid Image. Image is not of a supported file type" error. I also tried to save them as JPG as well and that didn't work either. What am I doing wrong?

"PNG" is not "png"

I had the same problem with the file extensions. Check out "Gimp" for creating the images. Expect to spend a few weeks getting comfortable with it.
