MDX Crash on win64? Immediately on startup

So I am running Vista 64 bit and the MDX crashes immediately on starting.

I am getting a "is not a valid Win32 application" error ... now I have seen this stuff happen before, when I was using 32bit versions of the emedded sqlserver include dll's and compiling the app to 64bit... Changing my app to compile to 32bit instead of anycpu fixed the error -- are you compiling to anycpu or a specific platform?

Also I think this is going to be chain dependent, such as if MDX includes a dll that indlues a dll etc then the last dll is going to determine what all the other files need to be compiled against. I think you may end up having to compile everything individually and make a 32bit release and then a 64bit release all the way down to the driver wrapper and maybe even the driver (or is that already done)?

Anyways anyone else had this error on win64? (vista or xp?)

The software is 32bit only. Will not work with x64 period.

Damn, most of my machines are vista 64 (I say if you're going to run vista, might as well run x64) Oh well.

I will see if I can compile a x64 version. I have been looking over the dependencies and I dont believe any are 32bit only. I just have to find 64 bit versions. It is not on the top of my list though.
