Vertical bar

Does anyone know what causes this problem. All the gauges work fine except I keep getting the vertical bar(circled in red) every now and then. And it is not just one. I have had up to 3 across one gauge. It is driving me nuts. This is on the bench using the computer I will be putting in the truck.

Just out of curiosity, how are you driving the A/F sensor?

From the O2 sensor. They have an output from 0 to 1 volt.

No I am using a wide band. The narrow band would be .4 to 1 volt. That is what I would use for nitrous or forced induction.

No Problem. I am more into the hardware side to. I got mine at Autozone. I am working on a 1976 chevy pickup and wanted to make sure it was not running lean. I forget which one it is. But I am going to get a new one. I want one that is heated. They are a little more accurate. And you don't have to wait for the exhaust to heat it. If you have a wrecking yard that you go and pull your own parts from you can find them there real cheap.
