Question MDX Configurator question (connecting nodes)

Hey all. Sorry to make this my first post (I was hoping that would be a full write up of my install and introduction) but I've hit one silly snag with the FB.

When placing nodes/operators on the Block Builder Form how do you acutally connect the nodes? Looking at the example configuration they are connected by red lines ... how the heck do I get add those!?

Thanks for reading and thanks in advance to whoever clues me in ..

Definitions that make it easier:
Module: The block, main image, picture describing what it does
Node: The little circles on sticks protruding out of the module
Link: The actual line between the 2 modules connected between an output node and an input node on seperate modules

****

Answer:
So to connect, right click a node to begin with, then left click another node to end it. You can only connect output nodes of modules to input nodes on other modules. Loop-backs are not permitted. Both of these will show an error if it happens and prevent the linking.

So right click output node of module A, then left click input node of module B.

Also as an FYI, your posts are moderated since you just registered. So after you post a message, Tim or I must approve it before it is shown. I saw you made 2 threads (both moderated). So I approved this one, and deleted the other one. So dont go crazy when it doesnt appear right away, you have to wait until one of us sees it and lets it through (until you get above the post threshold)

Awesome, thanks for the quick response and a really cool product!
I made the mistake of fabbing up the entire carpc inside the actual car before getting to work on the FB so I've been using the touchscreen for all of the mouse work and it didn't occur to me to try that.

Also sorry about the double post, After posting the first one I closed the tab without even seeing the confirmation screen, after not seeing the post come up I made another post and then READ the confirmation screen saying posts were moderated.

You can build your configuration file on any PC, and move it whereever you want. So you can develope the file inside, then just transfer it outside.

You can even use the virtual brains to simulate a FB in software so you can see what is going on without needing to plug one in.

*whew* finally found this!

AHHH! THAT's how its done! Might I ask why both left and right mouse buttons are used? This seems like an unintuitive requirement to me (for whatever that's worth ) that could be simplified to just the right button (or just the left). What was frustrating, though, was after clicking and dragging with the right button, getting an error message (don't start from an input) , trying it in reverse (outs to ins) with the right mouse button, and getting NOTHING. I was wondering if the lines weren't being rendered (due to a non-refresh, hardware issue, etc.).

ANYWAYS...thanks for such a great product (both hardware and software). With such great software with so many features, its hard to get every single quirk perfected!
