New Laptop Help

I just bought a brand new laptop and the first thing I installed is the fusion brain software. I did the full download, and everything went well, except the software will only run when the machine is in the safe mode. With Vista in the normal mode, I get a screen that says the program has stopped. No error codes or anything. Both program do this. This is Vista home edition, 32 bit. My desktop has Vista and the programs work fine on it. Any guideance would be appreciated!!

Found the problem! There is some kind of new "help" in windows to prevent unauthorized programs from running. I need to right click the icon and then tell it to run as administrator. Then I have to tell it that I really really want to run it. It says it needs a digital signature. What ever that is. It finally will run.
