M_OFF_TOGGLE is the smart button, this is the one you will want.
It remembers the last vis, and brings it on and off.
Probably was left out rather than a bug:
M_OFF_TOGGLE's last state isn't saved. Vis is always on when you start FP. Not really an issue for me since I use hibernate but thought I'd throw that one out.
