Exclamation 2 bugs and now Frodo won't load...

Started last week with "Uh, oh - Database error" and program would freeze. Here is what the error log said over and over:
3/18/2005 - 6:07:59 PM - 91 - Object variable or With block variable not set - frmDB-tmrGetData_Timer - 0 - FrodoPlayer -
3/18/2005 - 6:08:00 PM - 13 - Type mismatch - frmDB-tmrGetData_Timer - 0 - FrodoPlayer -

I completely uninstalled and deleted the Frodoplayer directory, then reinstalled. Also reinstalled all 4 of the required programs for Frodo, as per the FAQ.

Now I get a new error:
" System error &HB00004001 (-2147467263) NOT implemented"
with this from the error log:
3/21/2005 - 6:57:37 PM - 91 - Object variable or With block variable not set - MainModule-MasterListsFillFromQuery - 0 - FrodoPlayer -

I am using Take 3 of Frodo, and WMP version 10.

Thanks,
-Jeff

What have you done to your system ?
Things don't just stop working for no
reason, so something caused this.

Try reinstalling MDAC.

System changes

None that I know of, overtly, however I was forced to do a "Boot windows from last known working version" during an F8 start-up.

After I had done this, I then re-installed MDAC, Visual Basic Runtime SP6, and
Jet 4.0 SP8

I then got the database error problem, so I tried to delete then reinstall Frodo.

That didn't work, so I upgraded from WMP9 to WMP10. That went fine, but I then got the second error.

I tried the MDAC reinstall again, based on a previous bug post, but the same error was still happeneing.

looks like reinstall MDAC will fix the problem as stated in this thread
http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/fp-bug-reports/40914-database_-fp-1-09t3-cannt-open-databaze.html
I will give it a try tomorrow
