Fm Radio button?
Thanatos,
Hey there, first let me say I love the skin. I am new to all this car pc stuff and skins and plugins and and and lol.
So there is every chance I have missed something. However I cannot seem to find a button to launch fm radio. Am I missing something in the setup of fp and your skin?
If not is there any chance of including one somehow?
Cheers,
Jeff

Because I don't use radio via FP (have my HU for that) I didn't included the FM or XM future in my skin.
Of course it can be done but firts I have to finish mazda, rover logos finish a little thing that been working on for the skin and in top of that I have to do the review for M2-ATX ...and in top of that I have to recuperate from a nasty cut in my hand, so if you want to way in line I got no problem.
Thanatos.

Thanks
Thanatos,
Hey thanks for the response. Sorry to hear you have a nasty cut on your hand, I hope it recovers quickly.
Well given I know nothing about how to create skins for Frodo and given I really do want tv and radio, then I will just have to wait until you can find the time to add it to the skin.
Mind you I could help you out, you could always send me the M2-ATX and I could review it for you
Seriously, I would appreciate it if you could take a look at adding those things in the future.
Cheers,
Jeff

What do I need to do to install?
I'm sorry, but I am totally lost as to how to install this and get it working. I'm finding that it is very difficult to get a simple step by step instruction set in order to install these frontends and their associated applications. Could someone please either direct me to such a location for frodoplayer in order to install all this stuff required to get it running.
For example, I would love to have access to the cd burner, but for whatever reason, nobody seems to have a document explaining how it works in this post as it is. Sorry for being a noob, what can I say?
Oh, and could you do a Jeep logo? That would be cool.

Oops
Ummm, I had a phase of stupid there for a second. A few defined searches later and some more snooping and I found the frodo info I was looking for. Still, it would be nice to have some of this stuff defined a bit better. I've been around computers for a bit of a while, but macs are my background. Unix/Mac is king, that's all there it to it. For me at least. I love the BSD background it is based on. But at least for now Win XP and such is where most of this stuff is written.
Needless to say, this .ini and junk is just kind of annoying to have to deal with. I've been learning PHP recently, and I would have to say (not a programmer) that learning that is easier than following some directions I find here. It takes a bunch of research and work to find the right info. True, it is there, but for stuff like this, I can make my way around a computer, a simple step by step seems like it wouldn't be hard to make if you know what you're doing, unlike me.
Cool, a jeep logo would rock. Maybe the older one? With the grill in it, they've been using it lately.

Sorry that I been a way this week but I'm having some internet problems (bellsouth is upgrading telephone lines) so I haven't post what I have so far... of course I can change the logo but like I said to the others you have to wait until I finish mazda, rover, jeep and after I post my review for the M2-ATX. (which I have ready but I need to have my internet up and running to upload all the pics)
Thanatos.

first off, would this fit in a 7" widescreen? or would it look flattened out? if so, is there anything i have to do, or will it automatically fit properly?
second off, thanatos, i see you have an xterra as well so i hope you're inclined to help me out. I love Nissan, but i love "Xterra" better, so can you make an Xterra logo in place of the Nissan one? The logo that you'll find on your roof rack, that one. If you could that'd be wonderful. Thank you.

Installed it to test this skin and installed CDRip plugin and so on... The problem I am having is that Frodoplayer wont load from FP.ini but when i paste the info from FP.ini in the frodoplayer.ini where the apps section is the buttons works fine, is there something I should do to link frodoplayer to FP.ini?
And the other thing is that the plugins dont start in Frodoplayer, they popup as separate windows.. i want them to start imbedded into Frodoplayer, is there a to do that?
