It doesn't matter if you OS is in another language, this:
APP1MINI=FALSE
APP1COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\TV plugin\Tvplugin.exe
APP1COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP1PAUSE=TRUE
APP2MINI=FALSE
APP2COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\MI main\Night\ME.exe
APP2COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP2PAUSE=TRUE
APP3MINI=FALSE
APP3COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\MI main\Day\ME.exe
APP3COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP3PAUSE=TRUE
APP4MINI=FALSE
APP4COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\CDRip Main\Night\CDRip.exe
APP4COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP4PAUSE=FALSE
APP5MINI=FALSE
APP5COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\CDRip Main\Day\CDRip.exe
APP5COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP5PAUSE=FALSE
APP6MINI=FALSE
APP6COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\Carweb main\night\CarWeb.exe
APP6COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP6PAUSE=FALSE
APP7MINI=FALSE
APP7COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\Carweb main\day\CarWeb.exe
APP7COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE
APP7PAUSE=FALSE
APP8MINI=FALSE
APP8COMMANDLINE=C:\Program Files\PIC plugin\PICplugin.exe
APP8COMMANDLINEOPTIONS=NONE

Oh and a new thing, when i click the minimize button then there is still the icon on the left upper corner witch needs a lot of space.
Is it possible to deactivate them, because the frodoplayer is also available via the deskbar
I don't understand what you mean with this, post a PIC or explain better.
Thanatos.
Edit:
If by minimize you mean the "mini" mode that box is always going to be there (if you click on it depending how many times it will bring the media control, move it around or go back to the media menu).
Thanatos.
