Can I suggest an arrow down/up and ".", etc in the OSK for choosing addresses....

I sometimes just want to scroll down, it is easier than writing the whole name...

I also found that the . was missing when I tried entering my city "S. Paulo" (as it shows in the destinator maps)...

Another option might be also adding a hyphen to the osk as we might need that too....

hi m8, you will be able to add a . and a ' no probs, as the keyboard is skinable its just a case of adding these two extra buttons.. I think theres 8 spare. As for the up / down button, what I might add is a sdk command to do this, you could then stick these in a RR skin or something, let me have a play :-)

cant we add it like a key in the osk? they will only be used with the OSK... unless we can use the OSK from NMC.... then we dont need anything else... (Except for a way of disabling the OSK from FD to be able to use NMC's)

I have done som more testing, I installed it on a third computer and still the same problem. During install it says my VB runtime is out of date and I have to reboot. So I rebooted the computer and ran the setup program again and it didn't complain about the runtime so I guess it's OK.

FD 0.40 and MapMonkey works perfectly so I guess it's not a SDK problem. I havn't actually done any SDK installation so could it be the problem, even though FD0.40 and MM works?

Does anybody else here run FD0.50 or 0.51 on a Swedish XP SP2?

Just to clarify, I get the error message direct att startup and the the program exits so i get no chance to go to setings or anything.

I really really want to test the new FD
