I see the map just fine. Just nothing pops up when you click, after doing it the first time.

Hello,

Excuse my very bad English,

I have problems with the 0.70 alpha release :

- When I want add a radar it "stop" Freedrive ==> CTRL ALT DEL !

- cams.dat is created with ImportCams.exe but radars are not displayed on map and are not recognize by mapmonkey

Adress works fine but i need "-" in OSK : My Home is in "SAINT-HERBLAIN"

What about Sirf Protocol ? next version ?

the new 0.70 version doesnt use the cam.dat file anymore. It now uses the dat file that D3 uses, this improve's lots of things. The importcams.exe is no longer included, as you us freedrive to import new cameras. Menu.. next.. settings.. import cameras. The csv file is different to the one Mapmonkey uses. I will be making them all available in the correct format soon. You can add you own "-" key by editing the keyboard skin. If you have a look in the skin 'default extra' you will find a blank keyboard where you can add a - key to it, then just edit the skin.ini to reflect the key you have added.

Your method is the way I used to import a new cam. When I chose a speed it freeze and freedrive respond no more.

Where is the .dat you modify whith that function ? and another remark :

we have access to Destinator "my favorites" but nothing about others : Auto Alert and so on.

Yep. I have the same problem when setting a new camera. When I select it, FreeDrive 7.0 notifies with the updating camera message and then freezes. I need ctrl + Alt + Del to invoke the task manager and close freedrive from there.

2. The double character OSK problem still exists. I'm assuming that this is not fixed yet because it was not mentioned in the fixed bug list.
Maybe next release?

Bug....hmm, when using the FDROAD sdk label, the Destination address when on route is being toggled with the current address... is this normal?

I can see this making sense on the main gps screen the dest flashing, but on my main menu on say "Current Address:" and it flashes the destination...

A few more:
- Can we have a single SDK label that has the next instruction? "Left in turn onto XXXX (50m)" to stick into skins

- Can we translate text already? or will we be able to in a next version?

PS: how is the tracking coming along? I'm curious to see what it will look lie!

For thoses trying to import cams, can you please attach the csv file your using so I can check it out. Tolisn - what map are you using again m8 ? Royn, yes FDRoad is ment to flash every 10 seconds, your destination.. but as you say its flashing something else.. so will look at that thanks.. I will also add a whole sdk command for complete route.

will be a cople of days before its released make sure most of the bugs are sorted.

I’m using a Greek map which is a couple months old (December 2004).

I do not have any problems with the map. It shows up perfectly and with Greek characters. The problem I’m having as I have previously mentioned is that when I type an address in the OSK I have to enter multiple characters (Greek) and then erase them and leave only the first so the address list will update to the Letter (For example. To list the addresses that start with “D”, I must type Dxyz, then delete the xyz. After that the list will show update to the letter ‘D”. This problem occurs when I type in Greek characters. I know that I have mentioned this before so sorry if I’m tiring you.
