This format isn't supported yet because it's a specific format for MapMonkey Cams. However, I'll eventually implement it.

You have to take some TomTom files from some websites (the web is full) and convert them in DAT format. Then copy those DAT under C:\DestinatorApps\Destinator\Common\Favorites. Then run MM, go under favorites and you'll find the new pois.

delete the top line out of this cvs file, then it will work in FD (the Type,Longitude,Latitude,Name,Speed line)

At the moment it just adds them to your favourites as a new category...
It would be fantastic if it could add them to the actual POIs so they are shown in order of distance.
Btw, I just tried a speed cam database to DAT, as I will be using that to put a current camera database on my dad's Navigon PND 510 when it arrives. I hope it works....it should do afaik.

Hello Garo,
I tried your new Poi editor 1.0RC1
First your program does'nt work ?
See the .ini, you are using comma as decimal separator and me point.
When I change comma to point in your ini, works fine
Then tried it whithout .ini : no problem latitude and longitude of home are 0
but no matter we don't live together
So i think you should remove options.ini from your ZIP File to avoid problems and add a readme.txt that explain we must first go to see options.
Great Job, this time "append" works ! Thanks.

You're right
I'll fix that issue with dots/commas.
The 1.0 final will be online in a few days.

Any chance of being able to use custom POI logos rather than the crappy D3 ones... I know they can be added manually but it would be nice non the less. I recon it would be a lot of work though, what do you all think?

I will release a new frontend for Destinator in a few days. It will use Extra POIs.
Just a few screenshot of how those pois will work...
If someone want to betatest, write his email address in pvt.

Problem
The following message appere:
The application failed to initilize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
I use a stripped version of XP, so if I need something extra to run this, can you tell me what that is?
