My question is, How can i catch the event when the user presses the "OSK' button?

I just want to be able to swith the keyboard layout so the OSK sends the correct keys to D3.
My native language is not English and so are the maps I use.
I\ve created custom bitmap and edited skin.ini, but..
when I press a key in the OSK all I get is `??` instead of the correct char.
Only when i change the current language with the windows language bar the osk works ok.

P.S.
How FD sends the keys to D3, with sendinput?
