CdRsKuLL will become famous soon enough
should have a little update coming soon. just trying different ways of doing things. I have also decreased the loading time, but now it loads things like the menu when you first tap the screen, not at load time as before.

OK

1. what RR skin are you using?
2. what is the button command in the calling skin file?
3. what is the path freedrive is installed to?
4. what are your rr config settings for GPS?

also high system usage

hey techy101, ever figure out your high cpu problems?

i'm using RR with the alpine skin and freedrive 1.0 freedrive uses so much cpu on my m10000 that it basically disables RR as each click takes like 30seconds to 5minutes (seriously) to register. this is with the fade effects off.

i've only got 256 ram in there to speed up hibernate. any suggestions for things for me to check?

really liking the look of the new version. moving upcoming manuvers to the top was a great call. feels like the screen is utilizied a lot better.

keep up the good work!

Synthetique (new) I think this is the issue, i have posted there.
I didnt realise that the calling of FD depended on the skin files.

2. what is the button command in the calling skin file?

What is the correct command to insert in the menu.skiin file?

3. what is the path freedrive is installed to?

default. C:\PF\FD..

It shouldn't do but knowing what skin you are using helps

GPS

What about question 4. that was probably the most important.

FD website/forums are still not working :-(

I even can't re-register since I get no activation-email. :-(

sendig an e-mail to admin@freedrive.co.uk doesn't work either because. The freedrive mailserver seems to have a problem (tryed from two different mail accounts):

Can someone send me the "FreeDrive 1.0 Preview Update 1" please? Thanks!

still: "Prefect, you do not have permission to access this page." and "You must be a member to download anything from this site." :-(

IE and Firefox. And still no activation e-mail from my 4rd registration-try.

I'm completely blocked from the freedrive site.

I have just registered myself from scratch to a webmail account at work. Everything went through perfectly, check your junk mail folder, the freedrive mail ended up being recognised as spam and separated.

After re-re-re-re-registering i got the activation-email in my spam box. With the new user "Prefect6" i have all the needed rights, but my original "Prefect" user with my correct main email address is not usable...

I will use the new generated user profile. You can delete all the old "Prefect" and "Prefect1-5" users. So my main e-mail will be free again and i can change them to my current account.

Regards! Chris
