Is there a how to for importing POIs?

I have no idea what I am doing in regards to importing POIs into FD. I have Garo's POI converter, and some TomTom ov2 files.

I did a few searches and didn't come up with any solutions.

Can someone be kind enough to do a step by step how to? Assuming no knowledge of how POIs work.

I think you can't add any poi. All destinator's poi are in maps : WCE_A.POI and can't be easily edited.

If you have poi you can create favoris with garo poi editor ex : Mac_do.dat

in C:\DestinatorApps\Destinator\Common\Favorites

Then use C_Client to see them on the map.

how can u make them part of the poi list with the c_client?
i can only figure out how to make them in the favorites.

I said, you can create favoris and add as many categories you want.

After as freedrive can't do it use C_Client to select the categories you really want see
