Yes, it was a compliment - Slartibartfast was the authority when it comes to designing Fjords, according to The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, by the late Douglas Adams. It most certainly was a compliment.

Dude you go a long way! I read the Hitchhiker's in '84 (I was only in teens then). So it did ring a bell. (BTW thanks for the compliment)

Anyways, have you tried modifying frodoplayer.ini and used the 800x480 skin in 800x600 mode? In fact I just realised that if you change the USE_ADVANCED_SCREEN_SETTINGS=true to false then FP goes fullscreen. Everything works normally, ie. I don't have to do any pixelmapping, which is great!

Now I can go and do Brushed Alum skin for daytime viewing.

Just to let you know, my carputer won the "Best Mod" category out of about 40 mecedes cars this weekend.

I was mainly demoing MediaCar and Frodoplayer with Febs Skins.

Everybody was way impressed.

Are you planning on hosting the frodplayer PSD's files anywhere? I would like to get a copy of these to play with the colors... I have a place I can give you access to ftp them to me if need be....

Basically after playing with the new daytime skin that you provided I noticed it is still hard to see during the day... The white contrast of the aluminium makes it hard... I know it moves away from your oringal skin design, but I would like to try out maybe using that blue color the original MediaCar skin used... That color was the brightest and easiest to read in my car I have seen yet.. Your layout is flawless and want to use it...
