Glitchy video when gps running. . . help!

Hey all. I've finally got my carputer temp installed in my explorer, and now I have an issue. I run frodoplayer, throw on a video, and then turn on routis. The video is glitchy. the sound is fine. I'm using onboard video (64mb share mem) on my micro-atx mobo.

Does anyone know of any settings I could play with to boost the video? or would you suggest tweakin xp for less resources? 256mb of ram installed - would boosting that help? Would prefetching help?

I know it's kind of a broad question, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
