Does anyone have issues with the volume display not showing up under the channel icon (top right) when you hit the up or down volume buttons?

hit mute and then unmute it.... its a known bug...

is it possible to give us the option of using GIF files for the favorite buttons instead of JPEG files? I would like to use some transparency in them, sinc eI have rounded edges for the skin I am working on...

I am having some problems getting mine to work. I can open the XMSatellite program and it will show blue bars (attenna signal strength?) and I can see the preview channel and it is changing as if the XM box is working. Running a serial monitor I can see traffic both ways yet I don't get no sound.
I am using a RCA to headphone cable plugged into my onboard LINE IN jack. The cable is fine as I can play media player and get sound off the amp. Any pointers and ideas? Maybe it's something in the configuration I have wrong.

make sur eyou are plugged in to the Line in on your sound card.. and make sure it is NOT muted..

Anyone? Hate to be a winer but this is bugging me. It was taking almowst 3 minutes from the time I hit the xm button until it would start playing. I uninstalled again today through the control panel and reinstalled and it launches now like it should but still no channels showing up on the secondary screen?????

well I deleted all the text out of the secondaryfavorites file and it's now letting me add the favorites and the hidden files are now showing up too.

ok, i did like you suggested and for some reason, now my windows taskbar covers up the bottom of the xp player, whereas before the xm was always on top...any ideas?
