It doesn't, it's the price you gotta pay

The config allows me to mute the master, wave, cd, line inputs. Any provision to mute the SPDIF input? This would also apply to the full Suite product.

I was tweaking a skin and when I went to use it, there were no hidden channels listed on the favorites screen. I just tweaked the main screen and used the bluedefault800x600 favmenu image. There are a bunch of stations in my HiddenChannels.txt file and I don't see them on the main screen but they just don't show up on the favorites menu.

I guess I'm slow...
To get the eq working properly..
If I have my XMD coming in on "Line in" - do I need to mute the line in the playback side?

Yes. Mute the line in on the playback side,
and make sure line in is selected for recording.

Still need to play with the EQ.. but in the meantime..
I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but since you can hold the preset buttons to set them, could you add a little "blip" sound once it has been set, like some head units do?

Cool.. =)
Without being too much of a pain in the ***, it might also be useful to have a numeric keypad to punch in a channel manually.
Also, I noticed that clicking the channel # writes the currently playing song info to XMSavedSongInfo.txt.... Sweeeeet!! =)

DAMN! I'd love to be able to take advantage of the new EQ but I'm running Navivoice for my voice processing and need the mic-in as the recording source. I'm working on setting up a hardware button that will cause the pc to mute/pause audio output and enable mic-in for voice commands. Maybe this can be integrated somehow...
BTW Frodo, how much CPU does the eq take?

Don't you also have line in or something?? You can change the mic source in SAPI properties BTW.

I did notice that when i use the equaliser and i started to turn some of the sliders up a bit.. I would get distortion even at a low volume....
but with the qualiser turned off.. this thing rocks...
