Just reinstalled, minor problem

I just reinstalled FP on my carPC, and everytime i open FP, the player is only showing on 2/3rd of the screen, and the bottom half of FP is cut off, making it impossible for me to access the buttons. Anyone know how to align FP to the screen? Im running this indoors on my 15" LCD screen. I dont know how its going to look on my 7" screen in the truck. Oh, and the rez is set to 800x600 right now.

Edit the settings file manually. Then just search for the advanced settings option, and switch it to false.
