I hope it's not one of those 1-day freakish moves. When I bought my current place, I and the previous owners closed on the same day - hence, I was moving in when they moved out. We were tripping over each other like you wouldn't believe...
I do hope Frodo checked with the cable/dsl company for high-speed capability prior to purchasing said property.
