Exclamation Startup Error

Hey,

I have neglected to do anything about this for a while, but I suppose I should find out what the hell is going on.

Ever since I had FP up and running, I have had an error message come up every time I start it. Bear in mind, the computer at the moment has no functioning soundcard, but it will soon. The error message reads as follows:

Title: Frodoplayer - Mixercontrol Fehler
Message: Der Mixer kann nicht geoffnet werden.

I get the feeling it directly relates to the broken soundcard, but I am not sure how to fix it because I don't know what it says!

Help?

Yup, it's related to the soundcard.

Is the soundcard knackered, or is it just the drivers?

The actual soundcard got fried due to some earth leakage in my car. So it's not the drivers. Do you think FP will not have the error with a functioning soundcard in the box?

Sure it will fix it with a working SC in the SYS.

Thanatos.
