Recording sensor data.....

Is it possible to use the FB and it's attached sensors as a data-gathering tool?

The AutoAC system I have mentally visualized will rely heavily on an empirical model derived directly from thermodynamic data gathered in the vehicle.

In order to do that, I will need a fairly large data set, with points at various blower speeds and door positions under varying exterior and interior conditions (temperature and possibly humidity).

Is there a way to easily implement a sort of data-gathering mode that outputs all current sensor values to some kind of spreadsheet, Excel maybe or a CVS? Or will it be necessary to devise some kind of script that takes care of that for me
