Looks like like it's working. This is actually how I wanted it to work because now I can use the SWC to navigate through the desktop and stuff like that. Is there a reason that you left out certain keys in the program such as "enter"?

Only keys purposely left out are ALT/SHIFT/CTRL sequences as I cant get them to work right at all.

I just didnt think enter was a key one would use as a hotkey, but I can put it in if you want it.

So just confirming, it works right? Happy happy joy joy then!

yes it works thank god. Now if I want to have it set up to control RR would I just send the keys to winamp or does it have to go to RR.

You can do either. It is best to send to winamp, and winamp support is built in. Just put the targetID as "winamp" and the program will do the rest.

If you want to send it to RoadRunner, put in its title. I am not 100% sure with RR itself but I think the title is just "RoadRunner"... Maybe it has a space, I have not checked as I send to winamp directly.
