Fusion brain, where art thou?
I hate to do this, but I need some kind of answer, and I'm being ignored by the FB people, I'm out of options besides publicly calling them out.
I purchased a Fusion Brain v4 early January (around the 9th), and after a week I emailed FusionControlCentre to find out what happened with that. They told me it would be shipped within a few days. (This was on the 16th). Another week passed and I contacted 2k1toaster via MSN, and asked him about it. Again I was told it would be shipped out in a few days. Then, about 4 days ago I sent a private message to 2k1toaster requesting information on if this would be sent anytime soon, and have gotten no response. He has been very active on the forums pretty much every day since then, so I know he has had opportunity to respond. I'm about at the end of my string here, I really wanted a Fusion Brain to do linux development work, and would hate for this to end in me having to file a complaint.
I can understand if you all are on vacation, or things are progressing more slowly, or perhaps you're waiting for a new shipment of boards. But please TELL people who are waiting on you what is going on. A lack of communication is never the proper way to handle delays.

Wow, that's a bummer mang. That's totally unlike Nick. The dealings I've had with him and the dealings I've read about with other people have always been so positive. Hopefully one of the Fusion Brain guys will come in here and straighten this whole mess out.
I would like to see you get that fusion brain too, so I can reap the benefits of your awesome linux skills!

Sorry I dont know what's going on either. I have forwarded and contacted Tim each time you have me. When you bought your FB both of us went out of town on vacation, so that was where the first delays came from.
I didnt get a PM recently, that's why no response. I check email/pms all the time and try to respond same day most of the time. I'll try to get Tim in here, he is doing the shipping currently.

Hey, Tim here.
Because of the heavy discount on your order, we didn't do it through osCommerce. (the part of our site that takes our online orders)
I've been shipping the osCommerce orders, but lost track of yours.
Please send us an email to confirm where you'd like it shipped, and we'll get one out to you.

I've received my FBV4, and have started development work on a Linux library, as well as something else which I'll post in this forum in a few minutes.
