Fluid Level Sensor hookup

I bought this nice fluid level sensor that is powered by 12vdc and outputs 0 to 5 vdc. 0 being empty, 5 being full. So my issue is, I have 2 leads(+,-) from the 0 to 5 vdc source and 3 leads(+,-,an) on the analog input of the FB. To connect a voltage source to the analog input, which leads are used and how?

Then AIN is the analogue input. That is what does the reading.
Ground is ground.

so your sensors + output goes to AIN. Your sensors ground output goes to -
