fuse size

simple question what size fuse should I use to fuse the fusion brainV3 when using it on un regulaqted power?

There is a built in thermal fuse. Each relay takes about 500mA so just add them up that way. You really dont need an external fuse.

Here is something to consider from the aviation world. First everything has a fuse or circuit breaker. Second, the fuse (or breaker) size is dependent on the wire size. The fuse is to protect the wiring, not the component. This really makes sense, the first time you short out a wire and burn up a wire bundle or start a fire. Absolutely makes no difference what is connected to the wire. Just for your consideration.
