They should be in the mail sometime this week. We caught a few bugs already, and are working them out. Keep in mind this is a full product development from scratch... it takes time. We will post a video of it working later today.

I know how that goes... I built my own RFID kill switch for my car. I was just wondering how it was going plus I wanted to give an update on my side of things.

Video:

Current status:
Digital Outputs - all functional and tested
Analog Inputs - all functional and tested
Digital inputs - tested, needs minor change in firmware (<5 minutes) but I am away from my PIC programmer.
so: The beta boards will be shipped this week for SURE. Then, we will have a beta period, likely a week or two.

updated 4th post to reflect the above.
please give Nick and I feedback on how we are doing. we are here to serve you. we can shift around priorities, work on different aspects. about all we can't change is the overall timeline... I know you guys want this immediately, but thousands of lines of code and hundreds of hours of research don't happen instantly.

Use DOS and a binary decompiler to display the raw binary data. Then try to picture what it should look like.
Or use quicktime/wmp/winamp/anything that is free...

I know (for me) it probably wouldn't be hard to physically add them but I was wondering if maybe in a future release of the board its self if you could add headers for external LEDs to ether replace or as just an add onto the LEDs already on the board.

Why not just use the output headers already on the board? They supply switched 12vDC.

That's what I was thinking, but then you'd need to add other things like resistors and the like. What are the on board LEDs rated as? Because If you set the headers to those LEDs then it would save the end user some trouble. Thats the conclusion I came to in the end, K.I.S.S.

True, but then what resistance would you use? It should change with the color of the LED (different breakdown voltages).
It just seems like a header for a very specific use. We're trying to keep the board simple with as few connections as possible. We will think about it though, and see if we can come up with something.

It was just a thought for a feature... most LEDs run on 3.3v to 5v so running 12v to them is a pretty bad idea, I know of some LEDs that can run off of 12v but the are rare and expensive so I figured id throw the idea out there to see what you thought
