Looking very nice!
Was wondering if there are a few UK buyers if it'd be okay to do a group shipping over to the UK, and then one of us could distribute them from there - would reduce the shipping/import costs a lot I think.....?

I don’t know anything about resistance or that stuff I don’t even have the tools to make PCBs. A good friend of mine is a electrician with 40 years under his belt he said he will help me out, but I gotta know what I want before I tell him, you know? Or if Fusion(or turbocad) can make a pcb to do this then ill buy it. I could give you multimeter reading if you need them?
Number plate attached to a servo or two, it flips down hiding the numbers, and back up again when i choose. Could be some sort of cable system going to the boot lid. Now I think about it this isn’t practical so I won’t worry about this one initially.

That's all you need, they're under a dollar. Connect two of our relays in place of the pushbuttons in the circuit.

How do you currently control your air ride suspension system?

I dont yet but i am just wondering. I am planning to install this on a customer car. And i was wondering if it has memory. I want to set it where as i press a button and it do a certain thing. Press another and it goes to drive mode. and press another and it slams to the ground stuff like that. Is it able to do this. Also what are the difference in firmware.

You're asking if it can control multiple outputs at the touch of a button. The answer is yes.
It controls up to 12 relay outputs. Each relay can handle 25 amps. I assume if you can install these, you know how to connect a relay to the rest of the air ride system.
Basically, just install our relays in place of conventional switches.

and all firmwares are the same, except that they have different ID numbers. You can use up to 5 brains on one computer. each brain needs its own ID number.

hey man, those pictures are murder, my browser times out before all are loaded, & that's on a dsl connection they do lok good though
tn6478, to do what your talking about, I'm asuming you want to use the pc instead of like one of those expensive controllers like the dakota digitals or air ride tech's setup.
this can be done like greenman said with relays, but you'll want to be able to have some sort of reference as to where the car is at any given time. for that you wil need a way to monitor the suspension, there are 2 ways of doing that, either monitoring air preassure for each port(easy) or actually monitoring vehicle height ( a bit more complicated, but better) this should be pretty easy to do really, but since you asked about "memory" you should realize that the fusion brain doesn't do anything without the pc up & communicating with it, so the suspension control will be dependant on the pc for the functionality your looking for.
you can still have the normal basic functions of the system though even when the pc is not up, it'll just be manual at that point, like any other "simple" air ride setup.

if that is the case turbocad6 is there a sensor that can work with this board for me to monitor that. See i am new to these sensor and phiget type for PC. IF there was instruction on how to do it. I am able to do it. But you said monitor air pressure is easy. I am currently doing research on it. How would you go by doing it if you dont mind me asking. Sorry newbie at these things but not in computer
I think I got it. When i buy the air ride system it comes with the full package anyways. i can just tap into the control module and control it from there. Correct me if I am wrong please.
