Question GammaControl not working???

I built my car PC with a VIA EPIA-M10000 motherboard and the GammaControl program seems to do nothing on it. It works great on my laptop but not on the car. In the Adapter config there are Gamma controls for the S3 video card. Is there a way to tie into those?

Hmmmm... I always thought that gammacontrol was compatable with VIA. Update the drivers I guess.

Weird. Hmmm... try overwritign the XML file, some settings don't work if you dim it too low. Also make sure that the check box to adjust gamma is checked in the config.

Except a bug with hibernation works fine with my Via Epia M 10000.

Try uninstall reinstall.

Just download V 1.7 and must try : No more bug ? A good news ?

New error

I loaded the new copy off the website. It now works and changes the brightness but when it goes to day or night I get a "Class not registered" Error. Any ideas? If I hit Normal it does not error at all.

J

Open up the config program and uncheck MapMonkey support.

I hope that fixes it.
