From 1.9 to 1.9.5 in 23 hours? What's different?
Edit: NM, read the new posts in the 1.9 release thread.

Yeh... why wait when you've got a buggy version out?
So yeh, this shouldn't mess up your RR, MM, or FD by flooding it with skin change commands.

Speed as in from hibernation or in general? I didn't do any major optimizatiosn except compiling it with Delphi 2005 (win32, not .NET).

Lets just say that when coming otu of hibernation and changing things other than gamma, v1.9 was a bit slow at times. v1.9.5 fixes this.

Sorry Ol33l, been busy coding for FD.
Basically at night monitor the presses on the screen and if pressed brighten the screen to normal then after a 'customisable' time fade the screen back down again similar to the screensave in the posted thread above. Would make an excellent addition to GC. Hope I've explained myself well enough.

Ok. So its night time. You press a button or a key, and the screen lights up. Then after say 5 seconds, it goes back down again.
Yes, it is doable. I will work on it after finals (tuesday). Shouldn't be that complex. The only complex part will be the fade out.
