So I have an idea and would like to try and make it happen. What I want to do is take a bullet style camera (like the ones used for rear view) and put one on the front of my bike. What I would like to do is be able to record it when I am riding like on to an SD card or something. How hard would this be to do. Or is something like this out there already.

Probably the best bet would be a small hard-drive based media player that has the ability to record video.

That, and you'd probably need some kind of 5-6V gel-cell rechargable battery to power both the recorder and the camera.


Or try a Bike forum, perhaps there's already a device for this.
