blank screen occasionally but windows starts up ??

alright guys, as you might know i have been having up and downs on my carpc project.. so far i thought i had everything figured out and the pc running strong for a good 3 weeks straight.. now, i have a problem

I have the Lilliput 619GL screen.. it works fine, but occasionally when i shut off the comp, or let the OPUS PSU shutdown automatically, on the next RESTART i get the stupid white fog to black screen phase. but windows loads up because i can hear the WINDOWS Startup THEME come through the audio drivers.

Now what i have been doing to fix this problem, is i have been going into safe mode and doing a checkpoint restore.. but i hate doing this, is there any other quick fix ?? err.. i am using a onboard video, i am trying to figure out what drivers i am using and seeing if i can get an update on it. Anyone know of any other suggestions ???

err.. this is really getting annoying now, it did it again, i am not sure if its a PSU issue or not ?? but only way to resolve this problem is for me to hookup my CRT monitor run it in safe mode and reload drivers ??? HELP!!

I am just building my pc and right now I am getting that same white fog, then the screen blanks. It happens a couple times, then the picture comes back with a strong yellow tint. Is this a common problem?
