problem with GPS mouse

Ok here it goes got a USB gps mouse
Plug it into my 5v powerd USB hub

Inside this hub is

A ODB2 reader ( uses a USB>serial interface) COM5
a USB bluetooth
and then this GPS mouse

i install the drivers all is ok ... picks up all my sats etc in centrafuse ...

in hardware manager the driver is called Profile USB > serial ( or somin liek that) and it on COM6

But .. as soon as i restart the PC and windows reloads it dosnt work .. my bluetooth constintly turns on and off

my wireless which aint even in the Hub is not reconised

,.... then as soon as i uninstall the drivers everything works correctly again !

Im stumped for ideas n e 1 ran in 2 this proble be4 ?

ok unplugged bluetooth and installed Gps and it works fine..
i m thinking i might be a hub issue as some hubs dont like some things conncted in 2 it...

im gonna try it in a diff port and c what happens , a port tht aint on the hub

I have run into problems in the past with things running off usb hubs when their close to drawing the hubs full power. the hub would just stop working. I would plug one of the devices into a normal usb port and everything works fine. I think there is also can be a problem when you run usb1.1 and usb2.0 devices on the same hub.
Worst come to worst, try the gps receiver on its own usb port.
