You could also use the alpine pxa-h510. Quite a bit cheaper than the 701 and it has its own wired controller.

No FAQ because there's just not enough people asking about it.
Feel free to write up a thread when you find a few.

Assuming you're still running Roadrunner, the winamp linein plugin will allow you to play the SPDIF input. You have to change the sampling rate from 44.1 khz to 48 khz but other than that it works like a charm.

So are you saying I should be able to get the line-in from the SPDIF, and still be able to play back in regular Analog mode?

Yes, with that specific plug-in for winamp. The only other way is to use Centrafuse, it has SPDIF support for Sirius.

Where is said plug-in, now that you mention it? Also are you saying this would work with my Sound Blaster Audigy Soundcard, with the Digital I/O Module?

Ok, I tried this yesterday, and I heard nothing from Sirius. Was able to see the channels loading, but no audio. I enabled the the plugin for Sirius in RR. When you say change the sampling rate, where am I needing to change it at?

If you aren't getting any audio something isn't set right.
Or connected right.

Where do you change the sampling rate at? Is that something you modify in RRconfig?
