Upgrading system- Via ITX motherboard HELP!

Hello everyone--

I am have been running a P4 2.8ghz system with a bunch of other goodies and I am have been having overheating issues. I now want to rebuild my system into my glove box to hopefully get some better cooling.
I have been looking at the VIA mini ITX boards for a while now but I can't understand why there are so many! I see that many people are using the M10000 board. I was looking at the 2ghz model myself, but I dont really see anyone running it even though its not that much more expensive. I guess my questions are as follows:

-What mini ITX board are you running?
-Is it fast enough for you?
-What made you pick that board?
-Any recommendations?

Also, does anyone have an opinion on the carbon free processor boards?

-M10000
-It works fine with with my setup at the moment using Centrafuse. I do beleive that flash items slow it considerably though.
-I was only just gettign into carpc's and having a board with such a huge fan/support base was always going to make things easier. I had also read that there were some issues with the m12000 etc. Although I think they mainly related to boot from a CF card,I still steared away from them.
- I haven't had any issues with my M10k and it suits me fine. If you want to run anything graphicly intensive, you'll probably need an additional video card.
