help... pc wont boot suddently dead.
Last night i shut down my pc... today i wake up and my desktop wont post or boot... as if the power switch were broke.
I removed all pci / pcie devices. All usb, hard drives, etc...
I cant get it to beep, or even make an attempt to power on.
I suspected the PSU, however a new PSU does the same.
Lights on the motherboard are green when the psu is powered on. Simply no start.
Asus p5b deluxe and a pk5
Can a motherboard post without a CPU? without ram? without both?
I just want to see bios screen at least so i know im making progress.
I have a new mobo, new psu, now its just down to CPU...
any helpgreatly appreciated.
