3.3V 5A
5V 5A
12V 2.5A
more suited to EPIA stuff.

I think so long as you dont go plugging heaps of USB stuff in it should squeak in. But personally ill be upgrading the board to morexs 150 version which is rates at 8 amps on the 5 volt rail.

The good thing about the dual core atom board is the north bridge HSF has been reduced in height from 45mm to 30mm and its this factor that makes this case work at all.

I'm adding 6 more car PCs to my install, but didn't want anything over powered so I found the Intel D945GCLF. I had some questions though since this seems to be a very popular board, or it was very popular. I see alot of people have moved onto the dual core version, something I don't need.

Basically my main PC will be for heavy stuff, like Sat TV, 3D Video games and what not. I wanted each passenger to have the ability to switch to a personal PC and do things like go on the internet, watch videos, chat, music, thats about it. Will this board be able to handle that?

How is the heat on this MoBo? I intend to build these into each door, in-cased in HP T5510 Cases which fit mini-itx boards perfectly. If heat is an issue I can always make vents for the processor fan.

What is the lowest PSU wattage I can use. I need something really small, doesn't produce alot of heat, etc. These units will not use DVD Rom, they will connect to the main PC one via network share. Only devices that will be used are 2 USB ports, one for the arm rest for gadgets they want to use, and the other port will be used for a KVM which houses the Keyboard and Touchscreen. The on board sound, ethernet port and on board graphics will be used also, but other then that, nothing else at all.

the single core will be fine for that as long as you dont want to watch HD divx etc. that may be the only thing it would struggle on, normal video should be fine.

i cant remember about the single core, but the dual core ones needed a bigger psu, due to high 5V requirements, and the smaller psu's couldnt supply that, i went with a genius-pc GP83 160W in the end, mostly cause it was what i could get in my country and was good for the job

I found a M3-ATX to not be stable for the dual-core version. As you need a bunch though, you could go with a bunch of Pico-PSUs, and just have one central source of regulated 12V to feed to all of them.
