Visteon HDCC300 HD radio

Just purchased one off of amazon for a total of 45.53 after shipping
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=new
Looking to hook it up to mitchjs HD radio kit, 24.99 with ship
http://www.rush2112.net/mkportal/mod...products_id=39
he has used it with the HDZ300 and im hoping soon to be able to say it works with the HDCC300 because if it does i can see alot of us being able to get the complete HD set up for under 75, everything should be in as soon as the cable gets here ill be able to report with everything working and ill post install pictures soon as well as the project is almost complete

right now ive got LSXVOID with ipod connected video including the .flv playing youtube videos thanks to keepvid.com and iguidance4 working on my bluetooth gps, many pics coming soon waiting on a capacitor to finish power wiring

HAVE any of you used the HDCC300 in your installation applications?

How did you make out with the amazon purchase. I just ordered one for myself. I don't see how they can sell it so cheap.

yeah look on your box for me see if it says hdz300 or the hdcc300 it would be interesting if they never changed the item description and just changed the incoming product, i heard it was jsut a sku change but still skus dont change unless there is an update of somesort to the prodcut usually

yeah the box and manual says HDZ300 and has a best buy install sticker on it also. But it's the visteon I wanted. Now to go figure out how to use FM and satellite radio on one input. Dammit and to pick up a serial to usb adapter. It will be nice to put my useless antenna back to work.

Wish I had known, probably couldn't have waited anyway. Too impatient to let this cool gadget sit here in a box. Oh well. Just got my serial to usb, man was that easy to set up. Your hardware works perfectly as alway. Thanks Mitch. And thanks Eric for the heads up. Can't find an easier cheaper way to get HD or any radio on the puter.
