USB TV tuner options

hi
i'm looking for a TV tuner and FM receiver which i could plug in into the USB port as i've got all the others slots already filled with stuff..
maybe someone knows a decent device that will work with RoadRunner as well?
will this work?

For FM/AM u should consider getting HD radio.

why hd? i might not have the satellite option in my country
but are there any other USB tuners then (fm receiver built in too) ?

TV tuners typically have less than desirable FM antenna strength. Nothing like your HU.

HD radio is not sat radio, its free off the air. Its new technology FM/AM radio that sound really nice.

No its serial interface, you can get a serial>usb converter if you want usb. The tv/radio combos usually lack the reception and features.
