is my epia-M10000 dead?

I have a via epia-M10000 that powers on but will not boot, it wont even post. everything powers up (system fan spins, hard drive spins) nothing appears on my screen, i've tried my lilliput and my home monitor. i have a m2atx in the car and also i have tried it with another PSU in the house that i know works with my other PC. anyone have any ideas to the cause of this? and a fix?

-edit-
PS: I have also searched the forums and it seems that some others have had this issue as well but have returned or junked the mobo since then. I have had this mobo for awhile now so i could not return it.

Did you do any basic troubleshooting already like resetting the BIOS with the jumpers?

What RAM do you have in it? Is it high density? Is it confirmed to work (not new or not, but actually tried it in a system and gotten it to post)?

some do some dont. If there is no compatible RAM it doesnt even power up to prevent damage.

Older boards do power up and beep, but some of the newer boards dont.

Your symptoms sound just like the ones when my laptop died (and many more I know about). It turned out to be a memory issue. I'd try and get hold of a different memory module and give it a go.
