GPS Reciever sometimes wont get signal till reboot

Sometimes when i come back from hibernate my gps wont get a signal at all until i reboot, but as soon as i reboot it gets signal right away...

any ideas?

its the bu-353

i already have xport and i have it selected below too

If you're using the serial port emulator I don't think that's compatible with hibernation mode.

is that what those checkboxes are at the bottom?

i was reading someplace it was to turn off and on devices
