Jeez! I'm so close!

I am so close to getting my LCD up and running. With some help from you guys, I now get the LCD to illuminate (seems kinda bright actually).

I have a LCD controller card from flat-panel.com (earthvision PCI). I don't recommend buying anything from these guys until they can give some customer service. They sent me the controller card, but no manual/no pinouts for the 50 pin header, nothing!

I've emailed them several times since w/no response at all. No toll free #...I have to keep paying long distance to get tech support!

Anyone on here used one of their boards before? Have a pinout sheet for it? I have searched the internet, but no luck.

Finally, after flooding every e-mail address on their website, I got the pinout of the card. In case any of you are running a TFT LCD similar to my sharp LQ10D131, here's the pinouts (others needed are listed in the user's manual that can be d/l from flat-panel.com):
