I have a couple of questions. First, what is the advantage of using a DC to DC inverter to using an AC to DC inverter? From what I've read from some posts it seems like the DC to DC eliminates the static in the sound quality. Does this static occur to everyone that uses an AC to DC inverter? Another question, what kind of connector does a tft lcd have, and is it the same for all tft lcds? I plan on hooking up my in-car computer to the ac to dc inverter, but where would I plug in the tft lcd? I think I've read somewhere that it uses a dc connection. I've seen some cigarette lighter splitters, would I be able to plug in the ac to dc inverter to one slot of the splitter and the tft lcd to the other side? Also, does my video card need a special lcd out connection on it? I have an offer to buy a used tft lcd for $300 exactly like the one shown at

Is this a good deal?
