Where/How can I buy/make this cable?

I'd prefer to make it as I need it as soon as possible. It's an IDE cable that goes to my hard drive and it has the power on it as well. The connectors on the 2.5 inch hard drives are weird, they don't allow you to plug in a normal molex connector so they give you this weird cable and I messed mine up. The wire on the end of the cable got eaten through and is all frayed. As you can see there are 4 wires from the ribbon cable going to 2 different pins on the molex connector. Any suggestions?
