No power to screen

Hey guys this is one of my lcd headrests. There does not seem to be any power going to it. I have tried using the power source from the working monitor and it still doesn't work so I know the problem is in the monitor. I guess I need to start by checking to see if it can receive juice, but I dont know how. Below is a pic it that helps. The right cable plugged in is the power supply and the left is the audio.
