Andrea PureAudio USB-SA conflict?

From what I've read, it is a USB sound card with both an input and output. Are there any conflicts using this with the on-board sound from an Intel D945GLCF2 board?

I plan to set the audio stuff like this:
On-board:
Line-OUT to Amplifier
Line-IN for HD Radio
Mic-IN for auxiliary input?
and the PureAudio-IN for the microphone.

Would there be any problems with this set-up?

im also wondering the same thing sorta. I have my CarPC up and running fine with the onboard audio, but would like to add the "Andrea Electronics Superbeam Array Microphone Bundle" for phone usage. Wondering if this will cause issues with my onboard sound?

oops, forgot to update this... I got an answer with the help of Sonicxtacy02.

Basically, the USB-SA soundcard would have to be selected as the recording device, and the onboard (or whatever soundcard you have) would be the playback device in Windows Sound Mixer. Line-In and Line-Out should be okay, but the mic port on the onboard soundcard becomes useless.

There goes my auxiliary input plan. I'll probably integrate an FM transmitter for aux devices.

If you do this and keep the andrea software running in the background, noice and echo cancellation works. The only time it didnt work for me is when i hibernated and the mic resumsed as another device... but i fixed that problem by hooking the andrea sound adapter to the carnetix p5usb device from mp3car

I was reading around about these Andrea devices and I think it was on their website that I read something that if you use the USB-SA for the mic input and your own sound card as the out put that in situations as phone calls or web conferencing that you will get and echo / sound loop (people on the other end hear themselves talk). Has this been tested by anyone on here?
