Hi, I recently encountered a problem with my CarPC and the monitor (Lillyput 7" Touchscreen) no longer shows any signal coming from my motherboard. At first I thought it was just a motherboard problem, so I sent it in and had it replaced by warranty replacement. Yesterday, excited to get the CarPC up and running again, I set it all up and have the same problem. I have tested the monitor on a laptop and it works flawlessly...so I know it is not the monitor, but what else could it be if the motherboard has been replaced and still has the problem? Is it possible that the power supply isn't giving enough power to the motherboard to power the integrated graphics?

have you made sure to connect the 4 pin processor power connector?
have you tried different memory?

I have made sure the 4pin power from the power supply was indeed plugged into the motherboard, but I will try to get my hands on some different RAM tonight and see how that works. Thanks

sadly, that did not fix the problem. I am leaning towards a faulty power supply...does that make sense as to why the video output is not detected? It seems like the only piece of hardware that could be causing the problem. Also, when I plug in a ps2 keyboard, the numlock/capslock/scroll lock lights won't come on, also making me lean towards the power supply.

that was my next suggestion-- see if you can control the number lock light after the system turns on--- a sign that the computer has at least gone through POST.

being that you can't, try removing all the devices from the motherboard, especially any pci cards that you might have plugged in(i had a floppy pci extender that didn't allow my sytem to boot).

you could also try a AC power supply that you know is working properly.

Thanks, I have removed all extra components from the motherboard, but no luck I will try to get my hands on an AC power supply this weekend and make sure that it is indeed the power supply. A little off topic I supposed, but has anyone used/heard about this board?
