Plastic moldings for custom dash

i was wondering if anyone knows how to build a custom plastic console for to put an lcd in a dash..

..anyideas would be great

You might want to check out http://ashleypowers.homepage.com . He's done a lot of custom dash work and not to mention Ashley is really helpful if you send him an email. The job he did is beautiful not to mention extremely professional looking.
