I bought 2 from this guy on eBay, and it was like 45-50 bucks US for both of em, and they got here WAY quicker than most of our US sellers. Recommend him highly. Use paypal and it does all the conversion for ya.

Does this radio 'remember' the last station on power up ? Or do I have to run a software like this in a DOS batch file to tune the radio on power up ?

Short answer: About 10 bucks

Slightly longer and more confusing answer: he made me a deal on shipping, 2 items. So I am not sure what his single price for shipping is. Here is the breakdown: $47.04 / 2 = $23.52 -14.50 (buy it now cost in dollars)= $9.02 Shipping

This software is much better and remembers the last station. It also has a DOS control option for all functions.

Thanks. I was hoping that the radio hardware could save the last known station by itself (in some kind of non-volatile RAM) on power-down and restore that on power-up so that I can avoid having to power up the Car PC just to initialize the radio.
